In December, 2006 the human rights organisation "for the American way"
(People for the American Way) has made the People experiment in the New York
City-hall-park, having suggested passers-by to answer 10 questions from the
modernised test. From 246 interrogated 50,4 % have not passed examination,
and the mean score has made 5,35 right answers from 10. In particular,
nobody could answer a question on quantity of amendments to the American
constitution (27).
