The European countries have reached agreements as a whole on a question of
"a blue card� which the qualified experts-immigrants from the third
countries can receive. By results of meeting in Bruxelles, ambassadors of
all of 27 members of commonwealth including not consent earlier with this
idea of Czechia and Bulgaria, have decided to confirm in the end of November
the introduction project in Europe of analogue American �a green card�
(green card) till 2011.
