From the three-million population of Kuwait almost two million - immigrants.
Basically they work as builders, engineers, teachers, waiters and drivers.
"Kuwaitis address with us, as with servants. But any of them will not
sustain what we should face", - Lal Hettige from Sri Lanka complains. The
monthly salary of Hettige, the expert with the higher education, working as
the bookkeeper in a motor show, makes about $1000 that ten times exceeds
average earnings in Sri Lanka. It forces it to live in suburb of Al Kuwait
where immigrants whom have not allowed to bring with itself a family, are
occupied on three in apartment and six days in a week work.
